In the past year, our efforts as a beneficiary of the project BG05M9OP001-1.002-0033-C01 "Activation for Employment" were focused on engaging the partner, responsible for activity 4 to provide employment for 45 young people - a project target group as landscaping workers. Despite the stated commitment by the management of the partner Kaolin EAD and the inclusion of the company as a partner in the project in January 2017, until the end of last year, the obligations as an employer of the young people identified, activated and motivated within the project were not fulfilled.

 

This motivates the project management team to look for a solution to the situation. We asked the Managing Authority of the Human Resources Development Operational Program 2014-2020 to take responsibility for the realization of activity 4 of the project, creating employment for 45 young people from Vetovo Municipality - target group of the project.

 

As of 16.03.2018, after the entry into force of the signed supplementary agreement to the administrative contract for the grant of the project, the Association "Bulgarian-Romanian Trans-Border Mediation Institute" takes over the activity 4 "Ensuring the employment of 45 persons by the target group ". In this way, all activities of the project will be realized in full, and the social impact of the operation "Active" will be achieved.
