On 15.11.2016, at Bistra & Galina Hotel,Ruse, Open Doors Day was held as part of the information and publicity activities on the project “Integrated approach of Ruse Municipality for integration of Roma and other vulnerable groups in the territory of municipalities in Ruse Region", funded by the HEA Program. During the event, the Project management team presented the partners, objectives, expected results and activities implemented so far to the guests.

The areas, the activities are currently performed in Education, Health and Cultural identity / Empowerment, were presented together with the results already achieved.

On the partners side, presentations on specific activities were presented by Mrs. Maya Mihaylova, Policy Development Manager in Association BRTMI  and  by a representative of the Medical Center "Medica Expert" LTD.

Mrs. Mihaylova presented the results achieved by BRTIM Association until 31.10.2016, in advising parents whose children are at risk of dropping out of school in 8 schools in Ruse and the municipal partners;Technology model developed for early learning of Bulgarian language for bilingual children; the campaigns for prevention of trafficking of babies and adults, as well as the training of teams from the centers for Emergency medical care for work in the Roma community and with socially vulnerable groups.
