The probation officers involved in the training showed great interest and motivation in the second module within the project "The new European standards for the implementation of alternatives to imprisonment." The project is being implemented by the BRTMI Association and is funded by the Small Grant Scheme Programme BG15 of the Norwegian Financial Mechanism (2009-2014).

Module 2, facilitated by trainers Ivaylo Ivanov and Maya Mihaylova, was attended by 14 Probation officers. For three days, they practiced the skills acquired in the previous module and gained new knowledge. The training was based on "learning through experience" approach. The range of tools, facilitating Probation officers’ work both in groups and with individual clients was widened trough role-play games, case study and simulations. New techniques and methods for attractive and effective control of the audience were acquired.
