Capacity building of Association BRTMI under a project, funded by the NGO Program in Bulgaria
Association BRTMI is a beneficiary of a project “Building the capacity of the Association BRTMI”, funded under a grant contract № 314/27.05.2015 of the NGO Program in Bulgaria under the EEA Financial Mechanism 2009-2014.
The project has been submitted under thematic area “Capacity building for NGOs”, priority “Strengthened capacity for NGOs and an enabling environment for the sector promoted” of the Program. The project duration is 4 months and envisages the implementation of the following activities:
- Strategic planning of the Association BRTMI
- Development of a fundraising strategy
- Increasing the capacity of the employees, working within the Association BRTMI social services
- Project management
The main objective of the project is to promote the Association BRTMI capacity building and create an enabling environment for its development through purposeful work for reaching the level of leading Bulgarian and European organizations. The project aims at improving the financial and administrative sustainability of the organization in a long term period. Target group of the project is the team of Association BRTMI - its permanent staff, experts and volunteers.
The total project budget is amounted to 5089.00 EUR, 4489.00 of which is grant amount and 600.00 EUR is own contribution of the beneficiary.
