During the last two months, under the project “Building the capacity of the Association BRTMI", funded by the NGO Program in Bulgaria under the European Economic Area Financial Mechanism 2009-2014 (www.ngogrants.bg), the team of Association BRTMI, supported by external consultant,established development strategy until 2020 and accompanying action plans.

The first seven years of your life are determinative for the construction of "self-concept"and in our case - for the maturation of the organization and better structure and provision of necessary tools for development. Going through several key stages for the past six years, Association BRTMI took a step toward growing up by defining and writing clear, accurate and specific development goals until 2020. We prepared short term action plan until 2017 and Strategic Plan - until 2020. We set ourselves ambitious goals and we believe that we will have the strength to realize them by working continuously for the institutional development of the organization and expand our expertise.
