In the period December 13th-December 23rd 2014, Association “Bulgarian-Romanian Trans-border Mediation Institute” (BRTMI) for the first time held a Christmas donation campaign for the purchase of toys and books for children at risk, and for those children whose parents don’t have the financial capacity to ensure them.
In the campaign took part volunteers and friends of Association BRTMI who managed to produce Christmas cards, decoration and souvenirs. At stand in Mall “Ruse”, within 4 days, we have raised financial donations amounting to 230,00 BGN.
We also received donations as books, drawing materials, puzzles, children's cartoons, toys, clothes from various individuals and organizations. We express our enormous gratitude to all donors for their commitment and their invaluable contribution to the campaign.
Our Christmas donation campaign was realized with the support of Mall “Ruse” and Theater group “Camila”.
With all the donations we have made 15 families from Ruse very happy and caused a lot of smiles in children that warmed our hearts.
