Information campaigns "Active" are being held within the project "Activation for employment"

From July to September 2016, Association BRTMI is conducting information campaigns "Active" as a part of Activity 1 "Identifying and activation for inclusion in the labor market" under project BG05M9OP001-1.002-0033-C01 "Activation for employment", funded by Grant scheme "Active" of OP "Human Resources Development" 2014-2020.

The main objective of the campaigns is to inform young people between 15 to 29 representatives of communities living in the settlements of the Municipality of Vetovo, about the opportunities for social inclusion provided by the project.

The campaigns aim at:
- Economically and socially inactive young people between 15 to 29 who do not study, do not work and are not in training, with a focus on the Roma community in the Municipality of Vetovo.
- Representatives of institutions at local and regional level, educational institutions, employers and NGOs.

Place of execution of campaigns:
• 1 campaign aimed at the institutions at the regional level in the city of Ruse;
• 5 campaigns aimed at municipal institutions and young people in the municipality of Vetovo, as follows: 2 campaigns in the town of Vetovo, 1 campaign in the town of Senovo and the village of Krivnya, 1 campaign in the town of Glodjevo and 1 campaign in the village of Smirnensky.

Campaign theme: Activation and motivation for inclusion in the labor market of economically and socially inactive young people called NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training)

Planned activities and interventions are based on the assumption that youth unemployment is known and long-practiced phenomenon in the target Roma communities and among others living in similar conditions. There is a distinct possibility that the campaign will reach people, socially and economically excluded from society, living in segregation and self-segregation,as well as the corresponding institutions.

Through the activities planned within the campaigns, target groups will receive information in a simple language on:
- How and where to seek help (introducing the project experts);
- Main objective and immediate aims of the project;
- Scope of project;
- Basic project activities;
- Expected results of the project activities;
- What are the benefits for everyone involved with the project.

The campaigns will be currently covered on our web site and our Facebook page.
