In 2016, the National Network for Children (NNC) for the fifth time prepared a report "Report card: What is the average Government score for child care?". The report covers five areas of public policies on children's rights and analyzes the performance of more than 20 government commitments to children. This report contains analyzes based on facts and data, and recommendations for improvement.

The event will be held on April 20, 2016 at eight locations across the country. At 11:00 a.m. in Veliko Tarnovo, hotel "Tarnovo" /near to the Regional Directorate "Police"/ "Report card 2016" will be presented by member organizations of NNC from the North Central Region. Ivaylo Ivanov - Manager of the Association BRTM will present assessments of "Justice" area.
