On June 17^th and 18^th, 2015, in Ruse was held a teambuilding for Association BRTMI’s strategic planning of its activity until 2020. The teambuilding was part of the project “Capacity-building of Association BRTMI”, funded within the NGO  Programme in Bulgaria under the EEA Financial Mechanism 2009-2014.

The event was facilitated by an external consultant - Hermina Emiryan. Within the teambuilding, the participants made analysis of the external and internal environment, the opportunities and threats that might appeared before the organization during the planning. The BRTMI’s team, supported by the consultant, managed to define the mission, objectives, priority activities and vision of the organization in the next five years.

The two-day event, held in a pleasant and vibrant atmosphere, contributed to the team building and understanding of the environmental factors that surround us as well as to focus on activities which respond to our experience and expertise.
