On 24.04.2014, in complex Luliaka, Ruse Association BRTMI provided a teambuilding for its employees. The event was divided in 2 parts: during the first part were discussed some important aspects of preparing project concepts in order to be prevented future mistakes. The team members examined some projects that have been already implemented and as a result were pointed important guidelines for improving teamwork.

During the second part of the teambuilding were discussed number of important questions related to short-and long-term objectives of the organization; the factors influencing on the effectiveness of the team; personal and professional motivation; opportunities for individual and career development and more. It was discussed the mission and strategy of BRTMI and development of a strategic plan for future progress of the organization for the period 2014-2020.

After the conclusion of the teambuilding, all together we visited the concert of children from local kindergartens.
