On 28.10.2016, the first meeting of the partners within Project BG05M2OP001-3.001-0028 "Early socialization through successful educational integration", financed by the Operational Programme "Science and education for smart growth" 2014-2020, was held at the Lyulyaka Hotel, Ruse.

The meeting’s objective was to create good organization and prerequisites for smooth launching of project activities aimed at children from the partner schools and kindergartens. It was attended by the members of the Project management team of  Association BRTMI  (Beneficiary) and representatives of our partners: Municipality of Ruse, Municipality of Vetovo and the principals of the 8 schools and kindergartens from the two municipalities involved in project.

At the event, the project activities and the Managing Authority of OP SESG 2014-2020 requirements how to keep the report documentation were presented in detail. Members of the Project management team provided the principals of the educational establishments with application forms and member cards for the children who are to participate in the activities.

It was agreed that such meetings should be held every three months so that the partners can share their experience and address issues arising in the course of work. All the participants shared their satisfaction with the meeting and readiness to start the project tasks by schedule.
