On 04.10.2014  was held a cycling tour Ruse-Chervena voda-Park “Lipnik”(Teketo)-Ruse, organized by Association BRTMI. The cycling event was part of the European Week of Physical Activity and Sport - MOVE WEEK, which is held annually across whole Europe. It was interesting that the initiative was supported not only by cyclists from Ruse but cyclists from Romanian town- Giurgiu took part, as well. The start of the event was given by Mr. Dimitar Nakov-Deputy Major of Ruse Municipality.

The organizers took care to ensure two pilot cars that stood in front of and behind the column of cyclists, guaranteeing their security. In the area of ​​"Teketo" was envisaged a break which was used by the participants to recover, consuming sandwiches and drinks. The trial caused some difficulties to the cyclists but all of them managed to finish it.

After the event, the participants exchanged ideas on the possibility to organize other similar events involving destinations in Romania.
